Our Journey.

We built Skill Bursts because too many young people leave school without the skills that really matter in today’s world of work. As a team of educators, employers, and innovators, we’ve seen the same pattern again and again. Young people are full of potential but often lack confidence, awareness, and access to learning that feels relevant.

Employers have told us exactly what they want from the emerging workforce. It’s not degrees. It’s qualities, soft skills, digital literacy, and AI literacy. They needed a clear framework to help young people develop these essential skills, not just to get a job, but to keep one, grow in it, and thrive in the future of work.
